GE Global Sales Meeting
GE Transportation conducts an annual meeting where sales people from around the world gather to share new products, receive training, and attend an award ceremony. It's a diverse group of locomotive, signaling, and technology sales people, from over 15 countries.
Z3 Concepts has produced this meeting for the last several years, including:
- Logo development
- Stage design
- Signage and banner production
- Pre-event coordination including menu planning and room reservations
- On-site support for breakouts and meetings
- On-site registration
- Entertainment (Super Bowl parties, casino nights, etc)
- All audio/visual
- Awards night décor
- Opening and closing videos
- Scrapbook videos documenting the week (on-site editing)
It's always an intense few weeks, and every year the headcount grows (over 300 in 2007), adding new challenges to logistics and planning. But Z3 has an experienced team, and we really enjoy the people we work with and have gotten to know over the years.
