No longer considered the new guy, Russ is a "wiley, grisled veteran," (To quote Russ himself). He came to Z3 from Mercyhurst College with degrees in Public Relations and Video Productions. Russ also has significant experience with shooting, having worked in broadcast as a camera man and running a field truck.
Russ grips several times a week with Stan, and frequently runs 2nd camera on more involved shoots.
Bright and cheerful, Russ is the master of the Final Cut Pro, and jumps into projects with both feet.
